Global Collective Walks - Every Tuesday
Join us from wherever you are !
Dates and Times
Tuesday 11 January - 12 noon UTC
Tuesday 18 January - 8 pm UTC
Tuesday 25 January - 12 noon UTC
Prepare.
Please make sure you feel grounded before you start to walk and take care of yourself during the walk.
Connect to a higher source (the Light, God, the Universe, something beyond yourself).
Choose a place (ideally a small park, seaside, or any place with a tree or bush or grass) not too far from your home for the walk.
Walk.
As we walk
We remain aware of our connection to the others walking with us elsewhere, conscious that we are part of a collective.
We connect to the Earth, the land we walk upon and listen into our connection to the land.
We are aware of what arises in us and in the outside world.
Connect.
To ease into the connection with the Earth, take three deep breaths. For each breath let the outbreath be a little longer than the inbreath and with each outbreath let yourself sink into the Earth a little deeper. This will quieten your mind.
Connect with the other walkers, hold them in your awareness as you walk.
Zoom.
After the walk we meet via Zoom to share our experiences from the walk.
As we listen to each other our experiences are woven into a new emerging future.
New stories are being born.
Please subscribe to my newsletter below to be reminded of upcoming walks.
“I am so grateful for Anja's way of sharing Heaven and Earth Walking. It is clearly rooted in years of embodying this simple, deep and beautiful practice. She has walked in hugely different landscapes and cultures, honing her sensitivity to the seen and unseen energies of earth and sky; deepening her understanding of the people she meets as well as her own process. She is a teacher willing to learn from all, delighting in the unique and manifold responses to the creation. Her way of listening to and affirming the experience of others at all stages of their journey is itself a teaching. What a gift to discover the richness of attending to the ground beneath our feet, the abundant blessing of the sky, the deepening sense of connectedness within and without!”
